About Gradari and how we work.
Gradari is a paid ads agency built around one principle: qualify before you scale. We manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads and connect every campaign to your CRM so the algorithm learns from real customers, not just form fills. The result is lead quality that compounds over time.
We work best with service businesses and B2B companies that have a functioning sales process and want more qualified leads from paid ads. If you're spending at least $5,000/month in ad budget and your cost per acquisition matters more than your click-through rate, we'll be a strong fit.
Most agencies stop at the click. We track the full funnel from the first ad impression to a closed deal. That closed-deal data gets fed back to Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to train the algorithms on who actually becomes a customer. It's the same closed-loop methodology enterprises use to connect ad spend to revenue, made accessible to growing businesses.
We work primarily with clients in the US and Canada. We've supported clients in other markets case by case, depending on the engagement. Your ads can target audiences anywhere they're reachable on Google, Meta, or LinkedIn.
Apply for a Lead System Diagnosis. We'll review your current campaigns, identify where budget is being wasted, and outline what a better setup looks like. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you. If we are, we'll walk you through onboarding from there.
Google Ads
Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
Most agencies optimize for clicks and impressions. We optimize for closed deals. We connect your CRM to Google so the platform learns from actual customers, not just people who filled out a form. The result is an algorithm that gets smarter over time and finds buyers, not browsers.
We typically work with clients spending at least $5,000/month in Google Ads budget. Below that threshold, there isn't enough data for the algorithms to optimize effectively. If you're not there yet, we'll tell you and help you build a roadmap to get there.
Most clients see meaningful improvement in cost per qualified lead within 30 to 60 days. Full algorithmic optimization, where campaigns are consistently compounding, typically takes 90 days. We'll show you progress at every weekly check-in so you're never guessing where things stand.
Both. We always start with a full account audit to understand what's working and what's wasting budget. Sometimes we rebuild from scratch. Sometimes we restructure what's already there. Either way, the decision is made on data, not a preference to bill for extra setup hours.
We integrate with HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and most major CRMs with an accessible API. If you're using a custom or niche CRM, we'll assess compatibility during our onboarding audit. The goal is the same: closed-deal data flowing back to Google in near real time.
We don't lock anyone into long-term contracts. We offer two engagement options: month-to-month from day one, or an initial 6-month term that waives the setup fee since we do significant upfront work to build out your account, tracking, and CRM integration. If circumstances change during the 6-month term, you can pay the setup fee at any point and exit with 30 days' notice. After the initial term ends, it rolls into a month-to-month agreement. We keep clients by producing results, not by locking them in.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Most agencies hand you a monthly report full of vanity metrics. Impressions, reach, click-through rate. We optimize for closed deals. We connect your CRM to Meta so the platform learns from real customers, not just form submissions. The result is an algorithm that keeps getting better over time. Lower cost per acquisition and higher lead quality.
We handle creative strategy. Hooks, copy angles, and asset briefs as part of every engagement. For video, we work with your existing footage or direct a creative brief for you to shoot. For static and carousel ads, we design and write everything in-house. You review before anything goes live.
Most clients see meaningful improvement in cost per qualified lead within 30 to 45 days. The Meta algorithm needs about two weeks of conversion data before it exits the learning phase. Full optimization, where campaigns consistently compound, typically takes 60 to 90 days. We show you progress at every weekly check-in.
We typically work with clients spending at least $3,000 to $5,000/month in Meta ad budget. Below that threshold, there isn't enough conversion volume for the algorithm to exit the learning phase effectively. If you're not there yet, we'll tell you and help you plan a path to get there.
Yes, when set up correctly. We implement the Meta Conversions API (server-side) alongside the standard pixel. This means your conversion data is sent directly from your server, bypassing ad blockers and iOS privacy restrictions. Most accounts we inherit are missing this setup entirely, which inflates their reported CPL.

LinkedIn Ads
B2B campaigns targeting decision-makers.
Most agencies set up a Sponsored Content campaign, hit publish, and send you a monthly impressions report. We optimize for pipeline. Real meetings with qualified decision-makers, not engagement metrics. We connect your CRM, track closed-deal data, and feed it back to LinkedIn so the algorithm finds more people who look like your best customers.
LinkedIn CPCs are higher, that's true. But on LinkedIn you can target the exact VP of Engineering at a 200-person SaaS company. On Google you're bidding for anyone who typed a keyword. If your deal size is above $5,000 and your ICP has a clear job title or industry, LinkedIn typically delivers a lower cost per qualified pipeline opportunity, even with higher CPCs.
We typically work with clients spending at least $3,000 to $5,000/month in LinkedIn ad budget. LinkedIn requires a minimum daily budget that varies by format, and you need enough conversion volume to optimize effectively. Below that threshold, we'll tell you and can recommend a sequenced approach that builds toward it.
LinkedIn ad campaigns typically need 2 to 4 weeks to exit the learning phase and generate meaningful data. Most clients see their first qualified pipeline opportunities within 30 to 45 days. Full optimization, where CPL is stable and audiences are compounding, usually takes 60 to 90 days. B2B sales cycles are long, so we track pipeline value, not just leads.
Yes. LinkedIn Ads work for any B2B offer where the buyer has a clear professional profile. Professional services, consulting, manufacturing, healthcare technology, logistics, financial services, and more. If your ICP has a job title and a LinkedIn account, we can reach them.

Billing & Contracts
Fees, onboarding, and how we work together.
Our fees are based on scope. The number of ad channels, the complexity of those platforms, and the level of work involved. Most engagements start with a flat monthly fee, quoted clearly before we start. As ad spend scales, the structure shifts to a percentage of spend (starting at 10% and tiering down as spend grows). The percentage replaces the flat fee once it exceeds it, so you're always paying one or the other, never both. The honest answer on incentives: we make far more money from clients who stay for years than from clients we push into bigger budgets. Retention is the lever, not spend. So our incentive is to keep your performance strong enough that you want to stay, not to push you toward a budget that doesn't serve you.
That's actually your call. We offer two engagement options: month-to-month with a one-time setup fee, or an initial 6-month term with the setup fee waived. The setup work is the same either way. Account audit, CRM integration, tracking configuration, and campaign build-out. The 6-month option exists because that work takes real time upfront, and clients who commit to the runway it takes to see results don't need to cover the setup cost separately. The exact setup fee for the month-to-month option depends on scope and is quoted upfront during your diagnosis call. No surprise charges either way.

Every engagement includes campaign management and optimization, weekly reporting, weekly strategy calls, A/B testing, and CRM data sync. For Meta and LinkedIn, we also handle creative strategy, ad copy, and creative briefs. Final asset production is handled by your team or designer. Media spend goes directly to the ad platforms. It's not part of our fee.
Yes. If you're on the month-to-month engagement, you can pause or cancel with 30 days' written notice at any time. If you're on the 6-month initial term, you have two paths to exit early: wait until the term ends and then cancel with 30 days' notice, or pay the setup fee at any point during the term and exit with 30 days' notice from that date. The setup fee was originally waived because the 6-month commitment gave the work time to compound. If circumstances change and you need out earlier, paying that fee unwinds the trade cleanly. Either way, we hand off your account cleanly. All campaigns, creative assets, and data stay with you.
