We work best with businesses spending at least $5,000 per month on Google Ads. Below that threshold, the algorithm doesn't have enough data to optimize meaningfully, and our management approach won't move the needle the way it should. If you're not there yet, we'll tell you.

Early signal improvements typically show within the first 30 to 60 days as we clean up tracking and cut wasted spend. Meaningful lead quality improvement, where the algorithm is actively training on revenue data, usually takes 60 to 90 days. Compounding results build from there. We won't promise overnight outcomes, but we'll show you what's changing every week.

Both. We start with a full account audit regardless. If existing campaigns have solid structure and historical data worth preserving, we build on them. If they're too messy to salvage efficiently, we rebuild. We make that call after the audit, not before, and we walk you through the reasoning either way.

HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, Pipedrive, and most other major CRMs. If your CRM has an API or supports webhook-based data export, we can almost certainly connect it. If you're unsure whether yours qualifies, ask during the diagnosis call.

We don't lock anyone into long-term contracts. We offer two options: month-to-month from day one, or an initial 6-month term that waives the setup fee since we do significant upfront work to build out your account, tracking, and CRM integration. After the initial term, it rolls into a month-to-month agreement. We keep clients by producing results, not by locking them in. Most clients stay because once they've worked with someone who actually thinks this way, going back to a button-pusher isn't appealing.
